Scary Movie
You can clearly see from this poster that is a Film that is a parody to many films such as 'Scream','The blare witch project', 'The shining','I know what you did last summer' and many more, it even parodies American pie(Michelle and Jim's sex scene). Even the poster header 'No mercy, No shame, No Sequel' is ironic
especially with 'No sequel' because of how much the horror film scene has changed in the way that the producers will keep pumping pretty much the same film out to the public as long as it keeps making lots of money, which in fact is exactly what the 'Scary Movie' Franchise has done, quite successfully. With this front cover with previous horror film villains such as scream are at a cinema watching it and laughing this could represent the producers of this film laughing at the viewer for spending so much money in watching films that are pretty much the same such as films that have 4 or more in a sequel. The title itself is kind of mocking the horror industry because of its sarcastic nature, it has not even been put in a 'Scary font' just a standard font in red, this makes it the first thing you look at when you look at the poster, and takes attention away from the actors names because they are not particularly famous.
