The colours used are Red, Black and white this automatically shows us that it is a thriller horror and that it is going to have a dark theme to it. The two living things in the picture ( the baby and the dog ) are both looking towards the slightly ajar door which creates tension because you do not know what is behind it and it looks as if the dog and the baby are very unsettled and the dog is in the position that it would be if it was howling so you can tell that it is barking at something behind the door and if you look carefully you can see that the baby does not in fact have a shadow which brings up the tittle of it being 'Paranormal' but the dog does have a reflection, i think that that this represents that the baby is not a target of violence for the paranormal activity that is going on in the room, house. As this is the second of the sequel it has already had amazing reviews so that this is the main selling point for the film so it shows you were you can find reviews of the first one Etc.. (ParanormalMovie.com) it is also distributed by paramount pictures and Dream Works and Icon Film which are three massive company's in this industry so it shows that is is had a lot of support in the making in the film so we are expecting something quite spectacular. The graphics are simple but straight to the point of what kind of film it is, a Thriller and the appearance of the screen is that off a video camera which makes it seem as if it is a scary home video with evidence of paranormal activity which brings me to the quite revealing title of the film which gives away what kind of horror it is going to be, a 'Paranormal' Film.
