Evaluation Question 4
How did you use media technologies in the construction and research, planning and evaluation stages?
I had to use lots of media technologies to both produce my media products such as magazine cover
and media trailer and too research what to put in my products, i used surveymonkey.com to produce surveys to give to people to get information in what to use.I had to become very proficient with Adobe Premier Pro which i didn't have any experience with before so it was quite hard to learn all the different effects within Adobe Premier Pro to make my final product as professorial as possible, I also had to enhance my knowledge with Photoshop to also make my static products like my magazine posters. I also used Microsoft word to plan my research and planning which was very efficient in doing so, especially because i already knew how to work it very well. I learnt many techniques within Adobe Premier Pro for example putting clips we had recorded on to the time line and the rippling them together, and also how to zoom in and out to cut certain features out of the shot that we did not want for example in one shot we left the fake blood bottle next to the scene and by zooming in we cut that out so we did not have to do the whole shot again. I also learnt how to change the tint of the screen to make it Black and White or Sepia or many other different shades and tints to give it a different affect than just leaving it. Then i learnt how to put title screens to add the final finishing touches towards the ending of my product. I had also learnt how to add different sound tracks on to it.
